The entire team was amazing, whether it was Christina with the interior or Jesse with something to do with the design, right down to Logan with the day-to-day details of the build. You know, the level of care was there, and I love it. When we first started this project, I almost didn’t know what to expect. What I knew I was looking for was a home builder that would put the same level of attention into our home that Shauna and I would, that would put the level of detail in the same way that we would, and care about the process. And that was certainly what we ended up getting.

There were many conversations where we were able to talk about those details. Sometimes it was just brainstorming, and the entire team was amazing. I think they exceeded expectations. One of the things I remember Jesse always saying is that our home was going to be beautiful, and that’s what we hoped for, and that’s what it looked like on paper, and that’s what Christina’s samples looked like, and that’s obviously what the dream was. But I think they helped the dream as much as we did, and it turned out even better than we could have hoped.

If I could say one thing to Roswell besides thank you, it would be that their story will forever be a part of our story. It’s impossible for us to look around our home without feeling a warmth and gratitude for them going on this journey with us. It’s forever going to be something where their faces and names are tied to the home that we live in. When I look around the house, I look at the tile, and I remember an experience about the tile, whether it was working with Christina or Logan, or when I look at the flooring, I think about an experience that we had. And so I know for Roswell, they build homes all the time, but we did it once, and they made that a special moment for us. And the fact that we were able to have this really cool experience while we built this house just made it truly special, and we can’t thank them enough.

Rosswill Homes did a full Reno on our home inside and out. Jesse and the team were efficient and very tidy as the job was going. Excellent group of people and highly polite and respectful. Any questions we had or changes we wanted Rosswill accommodated and did not settle till we were happy even if it was the smallest detail. House turned out great. We are so happy we chose Rosswill to modernize and make our home so efficient. Highly recommend Rosswill.

We are thoroughly enjoying our new Rosswill home in Lloydminster’s Lakeside neighbourhood, it has been a great move for our family. Jesse and the team have been quality partners through the purchase and after we have moved in, always willing to answer questions (sometimes twice lol) and help us get the most out of our new space either over the phone or coming over whenever needed.
